Press releases are sent to appropriate news media at the same time that they are released electronically to investor information pages throughout the Internet. Press releases announce new products and services, management changes, earnings reports and all significant corporate events. As a matter of corporate practice, ECHO does not issue press releases before products are available, and does not publish news releases about earnings estimates. 

ECHO practices sensitivity and discretion with regard to our partners and clients, never issuing press releases about these partners unless it has been mutually agreed in advance. The business of ECHO often involves acting as a silent partner in the background of a bank or other partner, and we adhere strictly to the terms of these agreements to not publicize the nature of the partnership without formal, previous agreement with that partner.
