Announces Conference Call to Discuss
Second Quarter FY 2007 Results
Camarillo, Calif., May 1,

Electronic Clearing House, Inc. (Nasdaq: ECHO), a leading provider of
electronic payment and transaction processing
services,
announced today that it will host a conference call at 1:30 p.m. PDT
(4:30 p.m. EDT) on Wednesday, May 9, 2007, to discuss results for
the second fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2007.
Joining Joel Barry, Chairman and CEO
of ECHO, will be Chuck Harris, President and Chief Operating
Officer, and Alice Cheung, Chief Financial Officer. The Company
plans to distribute its earnings announcement that same day at 1:00
p.m. PDT (4:00 p.m. EDT).
To participate in the conference call, please dial 800-257-1836 (or
303-205-0044 for international callers) at least five to ten minutes
prior to the scheduled conference call time. There is no passcode
required for this call.
