Announces Conference Call to Discuss
Third Quarter FY 2006 Results
Camarillo, Calif., Aug 3,

Electronic Clearing House, Inc. (Nasdaq: ECHO), a
leading provider of electronic payment and transaction processing
services, announced today that it will
host a conference call at 1:30 p.m. PDT (4:30 p.m. EDT) on
Wednesday, August 9, 2006, to discuss third quarter FY 2006 results.
Joining Joel Barry, Chairman and CEO
of ECHO, will be Chuck Harris, President and Chief Operating
Officer, and Alice Cheung, Chief Financial Officer. The Company
plans to distribute its earnings announcement that same day at 1:00
p.m. PDT (4:00 p.m. EDT).

to the scheduled conference call time. International callers should
