Launches Upgraded Corporate Website
Camarillo, Calif., January 8, 2004 -
Electronic Clearing House, Inc. (Nasdaq: ECHO), a leading provider of electronic
payment and transaction processing services, announced
today the launch of its upgraded corporate website.
ECHO's website has been
re-designed in order to improve navigation, to provide better
presentation of the Company's products and services, to maximize the
site's appeal to visitors of diverse interests and needs, and to
enhance the Investor Relations section of the website. Specific
improvements include defined links to major sections of the website
and extensive information on ECHO's products and services.
ECHO's enhanced Investor
Relations page links to information critical to investors, such as
Annual Reports, SEC Filings, Stock Quotes and Charts, Analyst
Coverage and Frequently Asked Questions. Additionally, ECHO
established a Corporate Governance page, which identifies the
Company's board of directors, the committees of the board, and
various board committee charters and policies. Also, ECHO
added a direct link to an Insider Transaction page, which leads
interested parties to information on insider holdings and Section 16
filings.
