•Enter your 10-digit ECHO I.D. (provided to our merchants)
•Press [#]
•Enter your Password and press [#]
•To begin a transaction press [1]
•To end this call press [*]
•If this is a new order, press [1], otherwise press [3]
•If the customer has received the goods or services or will receive them today, press [1] to issue a Deposit; otherwise, press [2] to request an Authorization Only
•Press [1] for a Deposit Transaction 

DEPOSIT TRANSACTION
1. Enter Cardholder’s phone number and press [#]
Confirm by pressing [#] or press [*] to re-enter
2. Enter all numbers in the cardholder’s street address and press [#].
Confirm by pressing [#] or press [*] to re-enter
3. Enter Zip code, press [#]
