Using ECHONET^SM Service

1. When you're approved forService, you'll be assigned a merchant account number and a Personal Identification Number.

2. To process a transaction, open your Web browser and point it to:
   https://wwws.echo-inc.com/echonet. This brings you to thelogin screen.

3. Type in your ECHO ID number and your PIN in the spaces provided, and click the SUBMIT button.

4. Click on the transaction you need (listed on theTransaction Menu).

5. Complete the form on the browser screen and click [SUBMIT] when completed.

6. In a matter of seconds, you will receive a confirmation of the transaction that you completed. We recommend printing these for your records.

1. To verify transactions for the day, the week, or any period up to 30 days, click "Transaction Review" on the Transaction Menu.

2. On the Transaction Review Screen, type in the beginning and ending dates of the period you wish to review. (MM/DD/YYYY format). Click the buttons that give you the choice of showing all transactions or only transactions that experienced problems (exceptions).

3. Summary Transactions are shown in table format, with totals for the period selected appearing at the bottom of the screen. Transaction types are identified as follows:

• CK (System check)
• ES (Authorization with Deposit)
• AD (Address Verification)
• AV (Authorization with Address Verification)
• AS (Authorization)
• DS (Deposit)
• CR (Credit)
• EV (Combined AVS/Authorization/Deposit)

To see more details of a transaction, just click the reference number. The transaction detail screen appears giving you complete transaction information.
