MerchantAmerica allows religious organizations to accept donations online. The church or temple can list up to 20 funds so, as an example, a donation could be made to the General Fund and also to the Building Fund (2 of the 20 funds the organization set up). While the service can be easily attached to the current website of the organization (if it has one), MerchantAmerica also provides a web site to the organization in its national directory and donations can be made through that site as well. MerchantAmerica creates output files that can be pulled into the organization's accounting package so this activity is tracked and recorded.
