is the check collection arm in ECHO’s suite of full-service check
services. Clients with check returns from paper checks or electronic

Check Network To
provide effective risk protection for merchants using its check services,
ECHO acquired the National Check Network in 2000. This offers merchant
check verifications and authorizations from the NCN database, which is a
shared pool of negative and positive checking account data contributed by
over 250 affiliated collection agencies across the United States. This
authorization capability is at the heart of all of ECHO’s Check Services for merchants.
